Shipping, Exchange, Layaway, and Repairs

Shipping

Dearborn Jewelry ships eligible orders within the United States using UPS or another approved carrier. Shipping costs depend on the order value, weight, destination, delivery method, and insurance.

International shipping and delivery to P.O. Boxes are not currently available.

Estimated delivery times:

• Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, holidays, payment verification, engraving, or customization.

Engraved and customized items may require additional processing time.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Dearborn Jewelry does not accept returns or issue refunds unless required by law.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase or delivery with prior authorization.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the original receipt, packaging, certificates, and accessories.

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Resized, altered, engraved, or customized jewelry
• Special-order items
• Worn or damaged merchandise
• Coins and bullion
• Final-sale items

Customers are responsible for any price difference and, unless otherwise approved, exchange shipping and insurance costs.

Layaway

Layaway purchases are final and nonrefundable.

If a layaway order is canceled, the customer may lose the deposit and may be charged up to 25% of the item value, where permitted by law.

The original layaway receipt or valid government-issued identification is required at pickup.

Repairs

Repair estimates are generally provided within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Some items may be sent to an authorized repair facility. Repair times vary, and same-day service is not guaranteed.

Dearborn Jewelry is not responsible for items left unclaimed for more than 90 days after repair completion and reasonable attempts to contact the customer, subject to applicable law.

The original repair receipt or valid government-issued identification is required at pickup.
